Marsh Catering

At The Marsh, we prepare almost all of our menu items on site and from scratch.  We utilize local purveyors and fresh, organic ingredients. All meals are masterfully prepared by an outstanding team of chefs overseen by our award-winning executive chef, David Owen Jones. We even have our own on-site pastry chef who prepares fresh baked pastries every week day and as needed for special catering events!
